It is so great to be back for the 2024-2025 school year. This is my fifth year at Barkers Mill Elementary. I am a native of southeast Ohio, where I went to Ohio University and received my Bachelor of Science in Communications. After graduating college I moved around the United States with my husband who served 20 years in the Army as a Black Hawk Pilot. At our last duty station, in Louisiana, I taught First Grade for three years. When we retired to Clarksville in 2018 I went back to school to get my Masters in the Art of Teaching, with a resource intervention, concentration from Austin Peay State University.
