My name is Sarah Garza and I am one of the 5th grade Math and Science teachers for the 2024-2025 school year! This is my 7th year teaching and my 6th year teaching at Barkers Mill. I went to Austin Peay where I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, and I then went to WGU to get my Master's in Curriculum and Instruction. I enjoy baking and reading in my free time. Saturdays in the fall are for college football specifically the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. I am so excited to get to make this year the best year yet!
