Hi there! My name is Ariana Charles, and I am proud to serve as the Academic Coach at Barkers Mill Elementary! I am passionate about supporting teachers, strengthening instruction, and creating meaningful learning experiences for every student. I believe the best growth happens through collaboration, encouragement, and a shared commitment to doing what is best for children. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and son.
